This wine has a delicate purple hue. The nose is reminiscent of strawberries and cream with a hint of toffee. The palate is juicy strawberries with a dry finish.
Kurow Village Estate Penny Blonde Rose - 2009
A mixture of Pinot Noir and Dolcetto were used for this rose. The resulting wine is a golden orange with flecks of pink. A delicate nose of apricots, cherries and plums. The palate is rich with luscious cherry and melon.
Kurow Village Estate Pinot Noir 2008
Pale red with hints of ruby in the core, the colour is attractive and clean. Ripe cherry flavours come through strongly on the nose with hints of dried herb and spice. The palate has a supple texture supported by balancing mid-mouth acidity and ripe fine tannins. Moderate weight, but with a persistent length in the finish. Great balance and poise for a young wine.
